Important information: 

Your pension payouts from PFA will not start automatically

You must sign a payout agreement. 

How to get your savings paid out

 

Contact PFA no later than 1.5 month before you wish to retire. Then, the money will be at your disposal from the date your retirement starts. 

Please call (+45) 70 12 50 00, then we will forward the document ‘Agreement on pension payouts’ to you.

   

Complete and return the document to PFA to initiate the payout.

   

The payouts will be made to your NemKonto “Easy Account”. 

If you are unsure which account is your NemKonto, please contact your financial institution.

Would you like to keep your PFA Health Insurance?

Once you have retired, you have the option of continuing your PFA Health Insurance.

If you have attained the age of 60, you can take out a Senior Health Insurance. It can cover you until you attain the age of 90 and costs DKK 350 per month (2026). Your spouse or domestic partner can also take out PFA Senior Health Insurance if your partner has attained the age of 60. Read more here

If you are a member of a trade organisation that PFA cooperates with, you may be able to take out PFA Health Insurance at different prices and on different terms. Read more here

Insurance cover for partner and children

Partner (spouse/domestic partner)
If your partner is covered by PFA Health Insurance through your employer or trade organisation, the insurance costs is charged annually. This means that the insurance cover lapses at the end of the calendar year in which you leave your job.

Children
Your children will no longer be covered by your PFA Health Insurance. If your child is over the age of 24 and has been covered by PFA Health Insurance – Young Adults, this insurance plan will lapse at the end of the year.
