We are ready to assist you if you need help

With PFA Health Insurance, you have the opportunity to receive help for treatment or diagnosis if you experience discomfort, fall ill or get injured. With an online notice of claim, you will receive a response quickly, allowing you to start treatment or diagnosis as soon as possible. See below, what to do.

1. First step is logging on to My PFA

Under 'Your insurance cover', select PFA Health Insurance and then click "Apply for Treatment". It's a good idea to have any doctor's referral* ready, as it will be needed along the way.

2. Please answer the questions and describe your situation

You can always save your data along the way, and then continue later. With an online notice of claim, you will receive a response within 24 hours.

3. Book your treatment

We will help you find a therapist within our network. If you want physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment, you have the option to choose your own therapist. Usually, PFA will settle the payment directly with the treatment facility.

*A doctor's referral is not required if you need treatment by, for example, an osteopath, chiropractor, dietician, reflexologist or acupuncturist. In most cases, neither will it be required if you need treatment by a psychologist in connection with stress.
