As a parent, you can get advice and guidance on how to deal with minor challenges and concerns related to your children’s well-being and development. For example:
- Well-being at school
- Relationships
- The digital balance at home
- Events in the family, such as serious illness in the immediate family or divorce.
Based on a professional assessment, you can have up to 4 consultations and a maximum of 1 course of counselling per year and a maximum of 6 in total.
Please note that Online Family Therapist is not suitable for challenges and concerns related to children’s mental health diagnoses or violence, abuse and child court cases. In these cases, you can call us at (+45) 70 12 50 00 to see how we can help you.
As a parent, you must have custody and be covered by PFA Health Insurance with Online Family Therapist in order to participate in family counselling. Children do not attend, but you are welcome to bring your partner if they also have custody. If there are two of you participating, you log in together via your device.
The Online Family Therapist is open 08:00-21:00 on weekdays and 09:00-14:00 on Saturdays. You can normally get an appointment within 24 hours and do not need a doctor’s referral or prior approval from PFA.
