Pension Plan without Payments
A pension plan without payments is a pension plan to which you no longer make any payments. At PFA, we recommend that you collect all of your pension plans. In this way, you avoid paying numerous fees that reduce small savings plans to zero. The return on the savings also has a lot to say.
Your options if you have a pension plan without payments (a paid-up policy):
- You can keep the pension plan as a plan without payments and begin the pension payouts from the plan once you retire.
- In certain situations, you can have the savings paid out as a lump sum benefit against a 60 % tax to the Danish state.
- If you have one or more PFA pension plans without payments and want to collect them in one PFA plan, you have various options.
Please contact PFA’s Advisory Services Centre and learn more about your options.
