Quick help from Online Doctor

In a busy everyday life, it can be hard to find the time to see a doctor when you need it the most. Online Doctor provides you and your family with the opportunity to get advice and guidance even during evenings and weekends. If you are travelling abroad, it may also give you an extra sense of security knowing that you can talk to a Danish doctor.

Consult your doctor when you have time

As part of PFA Health Insurance, you can now get medical advice from a general practitioner by video, phone or emails all weekdays from 8:00 - 22:00 and during weekends from 8:00 - 18:00.

At Online Doctor, you will get an appointment with a general practitioner who can help you with many of the same issues your own doctor can. The online consultation gives you the option to have a consultation with a doctor when it suits you - in the daytime, evening, the weekend and on public holidays. There is no transport time, and you can be at home, at work, in your holiday cottage or on holiday.

Among other things, Online Doctor can:

  • Give you professional medical advice and treatment by phone or video
  • Respond to questions by email within one hour during opening hours
  • Issue and renew prescriptions
 

Your family is also covered
Spouses, domestic partners and children under the age of 24 are also covered when you have registered them under your profile.

This is how easy it is to get professional medical advice online
Online Doctor is provided by Hejdoktor, and the first time you use Online Doctor you will need to log in via My PFA:

  1. Log in to My PFA and select ‘Online Læge’ (‘Online Doctor’) under Your insurance cover
  2. Click ‘Besøg Hejdoktor’ (‘Visit Hejdoktor’) and log in with your MitID
  3. If relevant, register your spouse, domestic partner and children under the age of 24
  4. You are now ready to use Online Doctor

We recommend that you download the ‘Hejdoktor’ app for future consultations, as this will allow you to have the easiest access to help.
