Advice on a healthy working life requires more than just a high professional standard. It is equally about understanding

At PFA, we believe that the best solutions are created in cooperation. Our prevention team consists of experienced and

specialised consultants, who since 2012 have assisted HR managers in both Danish and global companies and organisations in creating the
frameworks for a healthy working life.

We know what promotes well-being in working life

Together with ReD Associates, we have drawn on national and international research and experts, including field studies conducted in seven selected medium-sized and large Danish companies, supplemented by questionnaires carried out both within companies and nationally in Denmark.

The insights from the study are compiled below with two different approaches – one for HR/managers and one for company employees.
