Now you can freely choose a physiotherapist or chiropractor

It needs to be both quick and easy to see a physiotherapist or chiropractor, and therefore you are now free to choose your own therapist. It is the PFA Health Insurance plan that has been improved to now include more physiotherapists and chiropractors. 

In-house, Falck Health Care or right around the corner

At the in-house clinics on Sletvej and Teglholmen, you do not need a referral from a doctor. If you want to get treatment elsewhere, then you need a referral from your doctor and then you need to contact PFA, which needs to approve the referral and will then be able to refer you to a treatment facility. You can now also choose your own treatment facility - for example, if there is one right around the corner that you already know well. In such cases, just bring PFA’s letter of award of treatment to the treatment facility. The treatment facility will then settle the account directly with PFA.
