PFA urges all affected to take advantage of the offer. Customers can contact the psychological hotline 24/7 on telephone +45 40 22 81 65. Counselling is provided in both Danish and English

The Country's largest pension company, with 1.3 million customers, now offers free psychological counselling to all customers who are in any way affected by the current conflict in the Middle East.

Both employees, union representatives, HR departments and management in companies can use the new PFA hotline, where authorised crisis psychologists are ready to provide advice, support and tools to handle the serious situation.

Rikke Bay Haaber, Head of Strategic Health at PFA, states:

"The terrible situation in the Middle East can be a significant mental strain for those who have roots in Iran and Israel or are otherwise connected to the area, and it can be crucial to speak with a crisis psychologist. At the same time, there may be leaders or HR managers who need support on how to best approach an employee who is deeply affected by the conflict."

With the psychological hotline, PFA aims to help its customers mitigate the burdens that may arise in connection with the current conflict.

"At PFA, we have good experience in assisting our customers in crisis situations, and we will do what we can to support our customers in an uncertain situation," says Rikke Bay Haaber.

PFA has previously established similar crisis hotlines in connection with, among others, the war between Hamas and Israel, earthquakes in Turkey, and the shooting at Fields.

The psychological hotline is established in collaboration with Dansk Krisekorps, which has extensive experience in handling crisis conversations. PFA urges all affected to take advantage of the offer.
