As a PFA customer, you will have access to a number of advantages. Below you will find a few examples.

PFA Housing

You can sign up on a waiting list and get preferential treatment when it comes to getting access to attractive rental housing that PFA owns throughout Denmark. PFA owns both common rental housing, senior housing, co-housing communities, student housing facilities and private sector nursing homes.

The preferential treatment you get in terms of housing exclusively applies to PFA customers, but you can also sign up your children or grandchildren for student housing at one of PFA’s student housing facilities and you can help your parents, grandparents or parents in law get access to a private sector nursing home.

            

Insurance through Købstædernes Forsikring

As a customer with PFA, you will automatically become a privileged customer if you become a customer with Købstædernes Forsikring: This means, among other things, that you will be granted a discount of 10 per cent on all insurance plans and home contents insurance which also includes children under 26 years of age living away from home.

You also have the option to choose one of the following welcome gifts:  

  • Childrens accident insurance at no cost during the child’d first two years 
  • Wage protection free og charge for three months 
  • Digital Crime Insurance at no cost for one year as an option under your home contents insurance. 
 

PFA Health Insurance for seniors aged 60 to 89

If you have savings with PFA and are aged 60 or older, you and your spouse or domestic partner can purchase PFA Health Insurance if you do not already have it through your employer. 
    

Will service

As a PFA customer, you can receive a discount on drafting wills, prenuptial agreements, etc. You can choose to create your will digitally via Legal Desk or receive advice and assistance from one of the inheritance and family law specialists PFA collaborates with. 

Creating a digital will is quick and easy. Simply fill out the form on legaldesk.dk, where you will be asked some of the same questions a solicitor would ask. Shortly after, you will receive your will. The discount with Legal Desk also applies to other legal documents such as prenuptial agreements, personal property wills, and powers of attorney.
