Lars Sandahl Sørensen elected for the Board of Directors of PFA

Lars Sandahl Sørensen, Director General of the Confederation of Danish Industry, was today elected for the Board of Directors of PFA at an extraordinary general meeting.

He joins as a representative of the employer side. In addition to his experience as Director General of the Confederation of Danish Industry and other top positions in the Danish business sector, Lars Sandahl Sørensen also contributes extensive board experience.

Kim Duus, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PFA, says:

“With Lars Sandahl Sørensen we are gaining a strong business profile on the Board. He has thorough knowledge of the conditions facing businesses and of developments in the labour market, and this is knowledge that is important to PFA. His experience and expertise will help further develop PFA in the coming years for the benefit of the 7,000 companies and 1.3 million people in Denmark who are customers with PFA.”

“As Denmark’s largest pension company, PFA has a major responsibility towards society, companies and the personal finances of many people in Denmark. I therefore look forward to continuing the historic representation from DI’s top management on the Board of Directors and, along with the rest of the Board, creating even more value for customers by ensuring the company’s continued development in line with the needs of the labour market.”

Kim Graugaard, former Deputy Director General of the Confederation of Danish Industry, has been a member of PFA’s Board of Directors for seven years and has during this period contributed to the company’s development.
