PFA appoints new vice president

With a continued influx of many new individual customers and an increased focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, PFA is now strengthening its private customer area.

PFA has appointed Sanne Hildegard Banggaard as the new vice president for the private customer department. She joins from Jyske Bank, where she held commercial responsibility for housing and private loans as well as private banking customers.

Group EVP Camilla Holm, who has overall responsibility for PFA’s commercial area, is looking forward to welcoming Sanne Hildegard Banggaard on board.

“PFA is in a unique position these years, with more people in Denmark transferring their pension savings to us. This is a responsibility that requires us, as the country’s largest pension company, to continue delivering excellent service to our customers. Therefore, we are pleased to welcome a strong profile like Sanne Hildegard Banggaard as PFA’s new vice president for the private customer department,” says Camilla Holm, adding:

“Sanne has a special focus on customers and brings solid experience from the financial sector. She is engaging and a competent leader who values achieving results through collaboration, and there is a great match between Sanne and PFA’s values. I’m confident she will quickly settle in well and, in collaboration with her colleagues, contribute to ensuring we continue delivering strong results for our customer community.”

Contribute to society
Sanne Hildegard Banggaard is looking forward to becoming part of PFA and contributing to the company’s continued development.

“I find it incredibly motivating that PFA is a place where purpose and business go hand in hand. PFA has a strong foundation both commercially and in terms of values, with a clear ambition to create value for the customer community in a way that also positively contributes to society. I look forward to becoming part of this work and, together with my new colleagues, building on PFA’s positive development and creating customer experiences where pension is relevant across age groups and live situations,” says Sanne Hildegard Banggaard.

Sanne Hildegard Banggaard will assume her new role after the New Year, succeeding Sara Guldberg, who has decided to pursue new opportunities outside PFA.
