New survey: PFA tops customer satisfaction ratings

PFA has the most satisfied private customers among the commercial pension companies. This is shown in EPSI’s annual survey, which measures the satisfaction of pension customers in Denmark.

The people in Denmark have spoken, and again this year they have rated PFA as the best commercial pension company to be a customer. The top ranking is mainly due to customers experiencing excellent guidance when they are in contact with PFA.

“PFA Pension is once again the best-placed commercial company this year. PFA has become even stronger at resolving more enquiries on first contact and is generally strong in health and late-life careers,” says Sofie Breum, Country Manager at EPSI Rating.

This is the third consecutive year that PFA tops the customer satisfaction survey among commercial pension companies:

“As a pension company, we exist to serve and advise our customers so that they feel satisfied and secure about their finances and health throughout their lives. Therefore, it means a lot to us that the study shows we have satisfied customers, and it is particularly important in a situation where we are experiencing a large influx of new customers to our customer community,” says Camilla Holm, Group EVP of the commercial area at PFA.

Health and senior life
In addition to strong advice, it is also highlighted that PFA is skilled at advising customers about health and a good senior life. Furthermore, the survey shows that customers are more satisfied when they have been in contact with PFA.

“Health and a good senior life, along with financial security and social responsibility, are the pillars of our strategy because these are what matter most to our 1.3 million customers. We go to work every day to help our customers ensure a good senior life and to prevent illness or provide help if they fall ill and need support. Therefore, we are particularly proud that the survey highlights our proficiency in advising our customers,” says Camilla Holm, who also extends great praise to PFA’s employees:

“This is a great recognition for the entire organisation. In recent years – and again in 2025 – we have experienced significant growth while continuing to deliver good and reassuring advice to our customers,” says Camilla Holm.
