A process tailored for you if you are on long-term sick leave or at risk of becoming so

At PFA, you have the option of a tailored process adapted to your situation, with a dedicated contact person who can provide advice and support. Your contact person can assist with collaboration with your employer, planning your return to work, and managing work life with symptoms. They can also assess the possibilities for potential treatment that might shorten your sick leave.

By focusing on your work ability, personal circumstances, and lifestyle, your chances of maintaining or resuming your job are increased. Support is most effective when it considers the whole person.

When illness strikes, it can be challenging to handle the personal, family and work-related aspects. Furthermore, it can be complex to coordinate with all the parties involved in a course of illness. We offer our assistance in navigating through the process and tailoring a good programme, so you can focus on recovering as fast as possible.

If you are covered by PFA Occupational Capacity, you will automatically also be covered by PFA EarlyCare.
