Quick help in connection with stress symptoms
You have access to quick help if you experience any stress symptoms. The faster you get treatment, the greater the possibility of limiting their consequences. Therefore, you do not need a doctor's referral. You simply contact PFA and then we will refer you to a business psychologist specialised in stress.
You can also call a psychological hotline from which you can get advice about stress from 8:00 to 20:00. The hotline can help you move on with good advice and clarify whether a course of treatment is needed. A conversation typically lasts 15-30 minutes. Please call Ørsted’s stress hotline at (+45) 70 80 82 42 if you have any stress symptoms and you need help and guidance.
Your children have the same cover as you do
