Bankpension Customer Forum

We have established the Bankpension Customer Forum in order to ensure the continuation of a close, trustful and value-adding cooperation between all companies within the Bankpension framework, Advisory Board and PFA. The establishment of the customer forum should be seen as a continuation of the former general assembly in Bankpension, and the customer forum will serve as a guiding forum for the Advisory Board, which collectively negotiates the Bankpension framework agreement with PFA. The ambition is to ensure that the needs, wishes and views of the companies and employees are seen and heard so that we can strengthen the cooperation further.

We expect to hold up to two meetings a year. More specifically, we wish the customer forum to be an option for the customers within the Bankpension framework to discuss and evaluate wishes and needs in regard to development within the pension plan, the insurance products, advisory services, health initiatives, etc. At the customer forum meetings, the customers will furthermore receive updates of the development within the Bankpension framework, of PFA in general and the pension area as such.

Please contact your HR department for information about, who will be representing your company in the customer forum.
